Dr. Verne Schwager - Resident Conductor: Among the goals of the Orchestra are to promote the highest professional level of classical music performances on a regular basis and to support and promote brilliant, young, and talented local musicians and vocal artists.
Responding to the long-held need for a professional caliber symphonic orchestra in the Northwest Suburbs, the Northwest Festival Orchestra was founded in Spring 2006 to fulfill this need for the residents of our communities.
